Alan is the Healthcare Director for Darwin Group, liaising with NHS professionals and Advisors to ensure that the NHS can build an estate that is Fit-for-the-Future through New Build Capital Projects. With over 35 years’ experience of NHS Capital Project Design, Construction and Project Management, he ensures that high quality building solutions are designed and built to fully meet the clients’ briefs and surpass expectations.

Prior to his role at Darwin Group, Alan worked within the NHS as Director of Estates and Facilities, Project Director, and Head of Capital for several NHS Trusts over 24 years. Alan has a wealth of experience working in Civil, Structural and General Construction for Private Practice, Industrial, Manufacturing, Local Authority, NHS, and Independent Consultancy.
