Chris O’Neill is a Director of the Humber Coast and Vale Health and Care Partnership; a collaboration of nearly 30 organisations that are involved in the provision of health and care services across a wide geographical area that includes Hull and East Yorkshire, North and North East Lincolnshire, York and North Yorkshire. Chris joined the Partnership shortly after its formation in 2016 and oversaw its development and accreditation as an Integrated Care System (ICS) in April 2020. Chris is the Partnership Lead for strategic development and wider initiatives linked to economic development, social value and sustainability.

Chris was born in Hull and returned to live and work in the area after graduating from University. Over the last 30 years he has been involved in a wide range of large scale service transformation and capital development programmes. On behalf of the Partnership, Chris is currently leading the development of plans for large scale capital investment in new hospital facilities in the Humber region and in community based diagnostic facilities across the whole of the Humber Coast and Vale area.
