Kerry has 20 years’ experience of working with clients to deliver socially inclusive infrastructure, services and growth. She is Mott MacDonald’s Global Lead for Social Outcomes, heading an international network of 1000 members, which includes professionals who specialise in accessibility, equality, engagement, impact assessment and inclusive design.

Kerry and her team have worked on many healthcare projects, particularly looking at impacts of service reconfiguration, engaging with patients and under-represented groups, supporting the wider business case process and advising on design. She also brings social inclusion skills and experience from other infrastructure sectors including the built environment and transportation.
