Siva is Chief Analyst at The King’s Fund, leading on projects covering NHS funding, finances, productivity and performance.

Before joining the Fund in 2017, Siva was head of analysis at NHS Providers – the membership body for NHS trusts and foundation trusts. He has also worked on medicines policy and urgent and emergency care in the Department of Health. 

Siva is a member of the Office of Health Economics policy committee and chairs the National Payment Strategy Advisory Group for NHS England and NHS Improvement. In 2020, Siva was included in the HSJ’s list of the 50 most influential Black, Asian and minority ethnic figures in English health care.
