Brian Niven is Technical Principal and leads the healthcare advisory team at Mott MacDonald. He has over 20 years’ experience of working in healthcare consultancy; prior to which he worked within the NHS in information and corporate analysis roles. With a background in operational research, Brian has a keen interest in strategic systems planning in healthcare. He has led a range of projects including clinical service reviews across acute, community, nursing and therapy services, developed return on investment models, led health impact assessments, business cases and healthcare strategic reviews in the UK and internationally.
