Community Health Partnerships Ltd. (CHP) is a company wholly owned by the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care. We are a key member of the NHS family.
CHP exists to provide high quality health and social care facilities, which meet local need. To do this, we work with others to provide innovative and sustainable spaces for the benefit of patients, service users and those who care for them.
We are leaders in our field, with a unique set of skills and experience in commercial investment, community infrastructure development and property management. We link the public and private sectors through Public Private Partnerships (PPPs).
Since 2001, we have transformed access to primary and community health services across local communities through the NHS Local Improvement Finance Trust (LIFT) PPP programme. From 2013, we have also been head tenant for the £2.5bn NHS LIFT estate, comprising of more than 300 state of the art properties throughout England.
